First-Time Use: After removing the red rubber ring, install the water tank and fill it with water. Let the machine preheat until the lights on all buttons stay on. Turn the steam knob to make hot water, let it flow for 10 seconds, then turn the knob off.
Tips for Milk Foaming: 1. Use cold whole milk. 2. Don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. For best results, just below the surface at a 30-60° angle. 3. Keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the milk surface.
